Kincaid Coach offers Travel Protection Plans through Travel Insured International. To travel with Kincaid, we require all guests opt in or opt out of a Travel Protection Plan. View your options below and please don’t hesitate to contact us with questions.
Lite Travel Protection
Traveling within the United States? If you are looking for the peace of mind that a protection plan can offer you for your trip but want to take a less expensive route, this package may be right for you. Although the Lite won't give you the same amount of protection as the Deluxe option, it still gives you a great bang for your buck.

Deluxe Travel Protection
International Trips require the Deluxe Travel Protection Plan. This plan is designed to give customers the ultimate amount of peace of mind, from the second you sign up for your trip, until you return home afterwards. This plan covers the same general circumstances as the Lite plan, but to a greater extent. It also allows customers the option to purchase a Cancel For Any Reason coverage for up to a 75% refund on the trip, which the Lite does not offer.

Waiver Form
If you do not purchase a travel protection plan, you must opt-out by submitting a waiver form. Please keep the following in mind if you are electing not to partake in a travel protection plan:
If your trip is cancelled or shortened by yourself or the group for any reason (natural disaster, medical emergency, etc.) you will be out the money that you have invested in the trip.
If there happens to be any damaged or lost baggage on the trip, you will not be eligible for any reimbursement.
