Kincaid Coach Acquires Red Carpet Charters

We are excited to announce the acquisition of Red Carpet Charters by Kincaid Coach Lines, a division of The Kincaid Group, effective on October 1st, 2018.

Red Carpet Charters has been operating in the Oklahoma City, Tulsa, and Dallas/Fort Worth metropolitan areas since 1984, providing charter bus and group transportation services to discerning clients.

Kincaid Coach was founded in 1977. From a modest beginning in and around the Kansas City area, Kincaid Coach has grown to become one of the largest motor coach operators in the nation, operating terminals in Kansas City, Oklahoma City, Tulsa, Amarillo, Siloam Springs, and now Dallas/Ft. Worth. Services include charters for groups, athletics, conventions and meetings, government and military, schools and churches, and corporate events, as well as tour operations for both domestic and international travel.

This acquisition presents Kincaid Coach with the opportunity to serve a larger territory, strengthen its staff with the addition of experienced Red Carpet Charter employees, and add top-of-the-line charter buses to its existing fleet. There is much optimism surrounding this acquisition, as Kincaid Coach and Red Carpet Charters are complementary market leaders, united by a common business culture.
